US Troops Who Get Pregnant To Face Jail Time

FINALLY!

As a former soldier I can personally attest to how much this irks soldiers. Pregnancy is the female soldier’s equivalent of shooting themselves in the foot to be rotated back home. Causing a self-inflicted wound however usually leads to some form of punishment. Women have been getting away with this for far too long.

FYI, the men who get them pregnant face the same jail time.

A top US commander is threatening soldiers who fall pregnant on active service with jail.

Under the new policy, troops expecting a baby face court martial and a possible prison term – and so do the men who made them pregnant.

And the rule applies to married couples at war together, who are expected to make sure their love lives do not interfere with duty.

Usual US Army policy is to send pregnant soldiers home from combat zones within 14 days.

But Major General Anthony Cucolo, who runs US operations in northern Iraq, issued the new orders because he said he was losing too many women with critical skills.

He needed the threat of court martial and jail time as an extra deterrent, he said.

All troops under his command are covered by the extension to the military’s legal code – the first time the US Army has made pregnancy a punishable offence.

Blatant Disregard For US Constitution & Your Liberty Advances In Senate

The US Senate has advanced the health care bill as expected.  All it took was corruption and bribery to get the votes.  And to think, a few of you out there actually thought your rights weren’t for sale.

Politico:

The Democratic Party’s decades-long push to remake the U.S. health care system cleared a major hurdle early Monday morning, with the Senate voting to advance a massive $871 billion bill to extend coverage to nearly all Americans and tighten regulations on private insurers.

Less than two days after releasing a bill with 383 pages of changes, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) corralled his politically diverse caucus and delivered the 60 votes necessary for the most crucial test vote in the legislative process so far — effectively assuring the reform package will clear the Senate later this week.

The final tally was a straight party-line vote, 60-40. All Democrats and two independents voted yes and all Republicans voted no – and each side bitterly accused the other of trying to thwart true reform through petty gamesmanship.

DC is still looking for one Democrat who’s actually read the bill.

Duke University’s New Sexist Rape Policy

New evidence has suggested that sexual misconduct on college campuses have declined. Sounds like great news, but there is an explanation. According to some in academia that simply means that “a plethora of rapes are going unreported.” One Ada Gregory, director of the Duke Women’s Center explained the decline as “higher IQ” males, such as those at Duke, could be “highly manipulative and coercive.”

Uh huh. Naturally, if there are less cases of misconduct it must be due to smart men manipulating weak women. And that’s coming from the Women’s Center?

The revised policy requires involving the Women’s Center in the disciplinary process for all known allegations of sexual misconduct and empowers the Office of Student Conduct to investigate even if the accuser does not want to proceed.

Duke’s rules define sexual misconduct so broadly and vaguely as to include any sexual activity without explicit “verbal or nonverbal” consent, which must be so “clear” as to dispel “real or perceived power differentials between individuals [that] may create an unintentional atmosphere of coercion” (emphasis added).

The disciplinary rules deny the accused any right to have an attorney at the hearing panel or to confront his accuser. The rules also give her — but not him — the right to be treated with “sensitivity”; to make opening and closing statements; and to receive copies of investigative documents.

Looks like Duke hasn’t learned their lesson.

Obama Puts The Brakes On Fort Hood Hearing

The Senate Armed Services Committee postponed its Monday briefing on the deadly Fort Hood massacre at the behest of the White House, despite calls from some lawmakers to press forward with a congressional investigation into the shooting rampage that killed 13 and wounded 29.

CDC Admits Fear Mongering On Swine Flu To Scare You

Inadvertently of course, but they still did it.

4,000 or more Americans likely have died from swine flu — about four times the estimate they’ve been using.

The new, higher figure was first reported by The New York Times. It includes deaths caused by complications related to swine flu, including pneumonia and bacterial infections.

Holy sh*t! 4x more than they thought!? We’re all going to die!

Wait. Let’s calm down and relax. Allow some logic to seep in.

The CDC is stating that 4,000 Americans are dead because of swine flu. That’s an attention grabbing headline. Follow that up with the CDC saying that is 4x more than they were estimating, and you have a panic formula in full effect. Most people reading that will be scared into running out, and finding the closest H1N1 vaccine so they don’t die.

But what does 4,000 deaths mean? Is it really a lot of people given the circumstances? In a nutshell … HELL NO!

While the CDC attempts to institute widespread panic about a mere 4,000 deaths, in April CNN reported that the seasonal flu had already killed … get this … 13,000.

Since January, more than 13,000 people have died of complications from seasonal flu, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s weekly report on the causes of death in the nation.

No fewer than 800 flu-related deaths were reported in any week between January 1 and April 18, the most recent week for which figures were available.

Yep, from January 2009 to April 2009 the regular run-of-the-mill flu killed more than 3x the number of people as swine flu has all year. I haven’t even added the number who’ve died since April (I don’t know).

According to the same CDC trying to scare you in regards to H1N1, that 13,000 was not even on pace to equal the average number of people to die every year from the regular flu. That number is less than normal. So how many people die on average from the regular flu in the US? That would be 36,000 people. Swine flu is not even close to approaching that number.

Thanks CDC for the fear mongering that we’ve come to depend on from you, and for collectively stepping in your own filth to expose this fraud.

Racist Black Asshat Attacks White Female Colleague Over Race Discussion

A prominent Columbia architecture professor punched a female university employee in the face at a Harlem bar during a heated argument about race relations, cops said yesterday.

Police busted Lionel McIntyre, 59, for assault yesterday after his bruised victim, Camille Davis, filed charges.

McIntyre and Davis, who works as a production manager in the school’s theater department, are both regulars at Toast, a popular university bar on Broadway and 125th Street, sources said.

The professor, who is black, had been engaged in a fiery discussion about “white privilege” with Davis, who is white, and another male regular, who is also white, Friday night at 10:30 when fists started flying, patrons said.

One witness described it as “a real sucker punch.”

When this Black Panther wannabe was asked about the altercation (after his release with NO BAIL!), he said …

“It was a very unfortunate event,” he said afterwards. “I didn’t mean for it to explode the way it did.”

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad called on the US to choose between Israel and Iran on Tuesday night, according to Iranian state media.

Speaking in Istanbul at the 25th Session of the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation (COMCEC) of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, the Iranian president said that it was up to US President Barack Obama to illustrate his motto of “change”.

“The support of both Israel and Iran can’t go hand in hand,” he was quoted as saying by IRNA. “No change is made unless great choices are made.

“We would welcome the changes, and wait for big and correct decisions to be made… We will clasp any hand that is extended sincerely toward us, but changes should be made in practice.”

Addressing the same conference a day earlier, Ahmadinejad said that capitalist excesses caused the global economic meltdown and were un-Islamic, as leaders at a Muslim forum touted their religion’s banking system a way to revive battered economies.

Fort Hood Shooter Is Terrorist Jihadi, Military Knew About It Months Ago.

There is so much wrong with this case. Why did he get promoted when he had poor performance reviews? Why didn’t Army brass take action when his pro-terrorist writings, musings, arguments, and the like became known?

Now the military is saying they were aware that he tried to contact al Qaeda?

ABC News:

U.S. intelligence agencies were aware months ago that Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan was attempting to make contact with people associated with al Qaeda, two American officials briefed on classified material in the case told ABC News.

It is not known whether the intelligence agencies informed the Army that one of its officers was seeking to connect with suspected al Qaeda figures, the officials said.

Jesus Christ!

I remember the good ‘ol days when we used to remove, isolate, interrogate, and possibly kill these threats.  Now we just move them around, give them promotions, and let them work with our returning veterans.

Is political correctness to blame for this tragedy?

One person says that it is, and good American soldiers are dead because of a fear of being honest.

We must rid ourselves of the foolish notion that we’re being broadminded when we ignore vitriolic loathing of our culture and our lifestyle. Refusing to take action against evil for fear of being guilty of stereotyping has resulted in flag-draped coffins for thirteen of America’s finest. What occurred at Fort Hood is even more stunning because it exposes a weak-willed mentality that has become woven into the fabric of the mightiest military force in the history of the world.

Now we’ve also learned that one of Maj. Hasan’s friends was happy he killed these soldiers.

Questions were being asked in Texas this weekend about the friendship between the US Army psychiatrist Nidal Malik Hasan, who killed 13 people in a shooting spree at the Fort Hood military base last Thursday, and a young man called Duane Reasoner Jnr. Interviewed by the BBC on Friday, Reasoner said he felt no pity for Hasan’s victims because “they were troops who were going to Afghanistan and Iraq to kill Muslims”.

A tape of the interview, conducted by Gavin Lee of the BBC, has ended up on YouTube and other sites and is getting an angry response from Americans still shocked by Hasan’s deadly rampage.

Reasoner is 20 years younger than Hasan. The pair became friends through the local mosque in Killeen – the nearest town to the vast army camp – where Hasan regularly prayed and where Reasoner, who was brought up as a Catholic, was completing his conversion to Islam.

I was listening to the radio the other day, and callers were still arguing against calling this what it is … a terrorist, jihadi attack on the United States.
