Pelosi Says You’re Carrying Swastikas

In a statement nearly as dumb as Barbara Boxer saying the healthcare protesters are just too well dressed to be legit … Pelosi has now accused them of being Nazis.

Hotair has pointed out that there is no evidence of any such symbols being used at these protests, or townhall meetings.

Pelosi should be laying low right now considering the man she promotedconvicted of bribery was finally , and Congress just bought $200 million worth of airplanes for their personal use.

Obamacare Bill Uses Word “Retarded” To Describe Mental Disability

Is this a big deal to you?  Retarded is a good, and accurate word to describe someone who you deem to be slow.  That’s actually what the word means, and has been used that way for centuries before some moron decided to make it into a slur.  However, you just don’t use that word to refer to someone who is mentally challenged.

People are being too oversensitive if you use the word to refer to an average everyday person, and they get offended.  That’s just stupid.  When you use it to describe someone who has a mental illness … you are just being an ass.  To the Democrats, in all their PC sensitivity glory, are just being asses.

If a Republican were to use the word ‘retarded’ to refer to a mentally challenged person … all hell would break loose.

The proposed health-insurance bill from the House of Representatives refers to mentally disabled people as “retarded” — a term advocates, relatives and physicians find outdated and offensive.

The bill refers to: “A hospital or a nursing facility or intermediate-care facility for the mentally retarded . . .”

Obama Caves! You Saved Veteran’s Health Benefits!

All of those angry calls, letters, and bad publicity you all layed upon this administration has finally paid off.  Obama’s plan to exterminate many health benefits for our veterans has been defeated … at least for the moment.

The White House on Wednesday backed off a controversial plan that would have dramatically altered the way the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) handles insurance claims, after veterans groups staged an all-out fight against such a proposal.

President Obama will not pursue a proposal that would have allowed the VA to charge private insurance companies for the treatment of veterans with service- and war-related injuries. The proposal raised the ire of prominent Democrats on the House and Senate Veterans’ Affairs panels. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) was the first to announce Wednesday afternoon that the president won’t pursue such a proposal.
